Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged products. As all items are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, shape, or size are natural and not considered defects. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with order details and images at tanushreehimmatramka@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Exchanges are not offered. Orders refused, undelivered due to incorrect address, or showing signs of tampering are not eligible for refund.
When will I get my order?
