What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged products. As all items are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, shape, or size are natural and not considered defects. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with order details and images at tanushreehimmatramka@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Exchanges are not offered. Orders refused, undelivered due to incorrect address, or showing signs of tampering are not eligible for refund.
When will I get my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3–4 working days of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but orders are typically delivered within one week from the date of dispatch.
Where are your products manufactured?
Each product is thoughtfully crafted in-house in India, bringing together skilled craftsmanship and refined design.
How much does shipping cost?
